The Latino Projekt is fronted by Cuban born Freddie Montes, a longtime favorite on the Florida music scene. Carribean-born drummer Frank Martinez, Jeremy Douglas on piano, and electric bassist Kenny Walker have collectively played with a variety of funk, rock, rap, Latin and jazz bands.
