Thomas Wynn & the Believers Thomas Wynn & The Believers personifies rugged, yet uplifting spirited rock, sprinkled with southern soul R&B. Tunes brutally honest & heartfelt, the themes go beyond years of drugs, heartbreaks & hypocrisy to deliver a message of hope. “Soulful, gritty tunes, some as sweet as honeysuckle and others ferociously jagged …reminiscent of Levon Helm, Neil Young and the Allman Brothers, but they still boldly radiate a sound and southern charm all their own.” Metromix A combination of blistering rock and southern soul, this fiery ensemble has been playing the Orlando, Florida original music circuit for the last three-plus years and have quickly garnered local celebrity status. Hailing from a musical family, the band is heavily influenced by Thomas and Olivia’s father, Tom Wynn, who was the drummer for Cowboy. Through out the 70’s, Cowboy toured with the Allman Brothers Band, and released four albums on the legendary Capricorn Records.Thomas’ spirit-moving vocals are uniquely supported by sister Olivia Wynn’s engaging and captivating voice and presence. Have Gun, Will Travel Florida’s HAVE GUN, WILL TRAVEL have a natural instinct for combining folk, pop, rock and classic country influences to create a sound all their own. “Their music has a great energy to it with infectious, sing-along choruses and refrains” remarked NPR’s Robin Hilton. American Songwriter called HGWT’s music “organic, infectious Americana Pop. Their music has a refreshing immediacy to it.” HGWT’s music has been featured in a national Chevy TV commercial, as well as the PBS series Roadtrip Nation, CBS’s The Good Wife, and Travel Channel’s Expedition Unknown. Their live performances have been described as rousing, rollicking, energetic and dynamic. Accompanied by the sweeping lap steel of guitarist Scott Anderson, singer-songwriter Matt Burke enthusiastically leads brother Danny Burke (bass) and JP Beaubien (drums) through a collection of songs that run the gamut from foot-stomping front-porch spirituals and evocative Texas swing to strum-punk rave-ups, hill-country historicals and more. HAVE GUN, WILL TRAVEL’s highly anticipated, fifth studio album Science from an Easy Chair was recently released on THIS IS AMERICAN MUSIC. This full-length concept album is based entirely on British explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton and his 1914-16 Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition. Produced by Shawn Kyle and recorded in Tampa, Science… delivers its own interpretation of this amazing story of survival and endurance. Along with HGWT’s own distinctive instrumentation, the musical framework of the album is rife with luscious string arrangements, crooning horn sections, and rich percussion. The release commemorates the 100th anniversary of the epic journey. Science from an Easy Chair is being called “a roots-rock opus, HGWT’s crowning master…piece” (Bucket Full Of Nails), “easily HGWT’s best” (Creative Loafing), “a phenomenal album” (alt.country.nl) and “a solid record from start to finish loaded with songs that will stand up over time” (No Depression). https://www.facebook.com/hgwtmusic/

Shannon LaBrie Music by Nashville chanteuse Shannon LaBrie defies genre and brings to life insightful stories of a woman who remains true to herself in a life where uncertainty is certain. The Lincoln, NE native instantly became a favorite among music fans and critics alike with her powerful 2016 album War & Peace. With lead singles, “Alcohol,” and “It’s Political” the independent release reached inside the Top Ten on iTunes, Spotify’s US viral chart and Triple A Radio charts. Famed music blogger Bob Lefsetz wrote, “This track affected me. Made me believe like the great singer-songwriters of yore, maybe this woman has something to say. That in this crazy, mixed up, shoot-up world she can illuminate her story and people can relate.” Tracked live at Nashville’s House of Blues Studio D with producer Tom Michael, War & Peace is an emotionally-charged collection of deep Americana soul that gives voice to the love and loss LaBrie experienced throughout her life. The title track “War & Peace,” is inspired by the unwavering love and commitment she experienced while dealing with a tragedy that continues to shake LaBrie’s heart to this day. “I feel very fortunate that I made it through the past five years.” LaBrie continues to explore love in the stirring rocker “It Took My Whole Life.” The smooth and steady “Crumble” addresses how consuming love can feel, and the soulful “Ain’t Just a Feeling” captures the solace love provides. “There was a time when love was a far-off dream,” she says. “Feeling good, feeling like a woman, feeling beautiful wasn’t something that came easily. ‘Ain’t Just a Feeling’ came from a moment when I was able to step out of the sadness and just be happy.” LaBrie calls out American politicians in the fiery opener “It’s Political,” while “American Dream,” celebrates feeling thankful to live in a country that offers its citizens a life of endless possibility as a basic human right. Anchoring the soul of the album are the deeply emotional “Alcohol” and “Heaven Crashed Down.” “Alcohol” is a moving ballad about trying to save a loved one from a life of addiction, but in trying, only kills the savior. In “Heaven Crashed Down,” LaBrie gives a visual account of the painful loss of her father to cancer when she was only 13. Rolling Stone, compares LaBrie, to the great late Jeff Buckley saying “her songs unfold with style and subtlety, coasting over the albums lush arrangements via LaBrie’s gorgeous voice. It’s as if Jeff Buckley and Norah Jones started a band that went a tiny bit country.”  CMT says “She’s part Tom Petty, part folk goddess, with Dylanesque lyrics.” With over 6 millions streams on Spotify and Apple Music, she has toured over 500 dates. Amongst those she has opened for Gabe Dixon, Phoenix, ZZ Ward, Billy Bob Thornton, Rayland Baxter, Robert Randolph, The Head and the Heart, The Wild Feathers, Michael Franti and Valerie June. Her résumé now includes her first album cut, which is the lead single on Robert Randolphs newest album “Got Soul.” The album just received a Grammy nomination for “Best Contemporary Blues Album.” https://www.facebook.com/ShannonLaBrie/
